Organizing Services

We offer professional organizing services in homes, storage spaces, offices, stores and more. Get in touch with us about whatever your needs might be, including:

  • Kitchens
  • Bathrooms
  • Living rooms
  • Dining rooms
  • Shelves or cabinets
  • Bedrooms
  • Kids rooms
  • Closets
  • Garages
  • Offices
  • Digital information
  • Anything else that needs organizing
  • We currently work in Toronto’s TTC accessible areas only, Sorry!
  • It’s best to work side-by-side with our clients to make sure we organize in a way that is most beneficial to them. But we understand that time is very limited, so we can also work alone and only consult at important junctures, such as what to flag for disposal, or discussing the overall plan.
  • In order to make sure we throw out nothing accidentally, we do not offer garbage disposal services at this time. We simply flag what should be thrown out, and organize it so it’s easy for our clients to bring it to the curb or dump.

We talk about the project. Specifically, what you would like to focus on, the problems you see, and the main goals you would like to achieve. We also arrange a time for a free assessment visit if you would like to move forward.

We walk through your area of need and see what we can do to help. We also talk about our fee structure.

If you would like to proceed, this is the time to sign our agreements for the project

Time to start organizing! On larger projects, sometimes you might get some homework to work on until our next session, such as making decisions on what can be thrown out based on our suggestions.

Organizing workflow #1: See

First, let’s find out what we have to work with. We’ll take things out from shelves & storage areas, and categories similar things.

Organizing workflow #2: Discard

Now it’s time to eliminate what you don’t need. We’ll make piles of items we feel are unnecessary and you can work with us to decide if you agree or not. Also time to do some sweeping and dusting up.

Organizing workflow #3: Store

Here we’ll evaluate what would make you happy, and plan how to use the space which would be most efficient for you.

Organizing workflow #4: Check

Finally, we’ll build a system to try to make it as easy as possible to maintain. For example, labeling boxes and shelves, and making sure we can easily access to frequently used items.
